· Developed and currently implementing a Fund Development Strategy outlining how to increase organizational revenues through new and diversified funding sources. Donor prospecting and grant writing.

· Conceptualizing a $2.5 million private sector collaborative effort involving Intradeco Apparel, Kellogg Corporation and the Kellogg Foundation, Walmart and the Walton Foundation, Coca Cola and Major League Baseball in support of education, health and athletic outcomes in El Salvador.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami
· Executive coaching of the Director of Development, organizational assessment, departmental restructuring (fundraising, Restore – social enterprise, marketing and communication), creation of new positions, realignment of job descriptions inclusive of performance metrics, staff training and
development of a Fund Development Strategy.

Alonzo Mourning Charities

Florida Breast Health Initiative

Educate Tomorrow
· Assisting in site selection and the development of a business plan for Educate Tomorrow’s Preparatory Charter School

· Continues to serve as the civil military NGO liaison and lead coordinator on Haiti relief efforts.
